ABOUT THE FOUNDATION
What is URNow Foundation?

URNow Foundation is a private foundation registered in the Cook Islands under the Foundations Act 2012 (Registration# FA15503/2024), dedicated to advancing economic freedom, personal responsibility, and voluntary cooperation. We support individuals and organizations building a more prosperous and free society through strategic grants, research, education, and advocacy.

Where is URNow Foundation based?

URNow Foundation is a private foundation registered in the Cook Islands under the Cook Islands Foundations Act 2012, Registration# FA15503/2024. All platform terms and agreements are governed exclusively by Cook Islands law.

What are unalienable rights?

Unalienable rights are fundamental human rights that cannot be transferred, surrendered, or taken away. First articulated in the Declaration of Independence as "Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness," these rights are inherent to every human being regardless of government, law, or circumstance. URNow Foundation advances these principles through grant-making, research, education, and advocacy worldwide.

How does URNow Foundation fund its mission?

The foundation is funded by member subscriptions and direct donations from individuals who share our commitment to economic freedom and individual liberty. Membership fees and donations support our grant programs, research funding, educational content, and public awareness campaigns. No advertising revenue is accepted — we are entirely member and donor supported.

MEMBERSHIP
What membership tiers are available?

URNow Foundation offers three tiers: Defender (free) — newsletter, public document library, and Promotions access. Guardian ($19.99/month) — full article library, video vault, PDF library, and daily points bonus. Patriot ($99.99/month) — everything in Guardian plus The Roundtable (Direct Line to the foundation and Member Directory), early content access, direct foundation briefings, and priority support.

Is there a free membership option?

Yes — the Defender tier is completely free and requires no credit card. You get the foundation newsletter, public documents, and can participate in Promotions through the daily Defender claim. Create your free account here.

Who is eligible to become a member?

Membership is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, participating in a personal capacity, and able to enter into a binding legal agreement. It is your responsibility to ensure that use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Employees of URNow Foundation and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in Promotions.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your paid membership at any time from your Account Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access until that date. Your account reverts to the free Defender tier after cancellation rather than being deleted.

Can I have more than one account?

No. Each member is permitted one account only. Attempts to open multiple accounts may result in all accounts being suspended or closed. If you need to update your email address or name, contact support@urnow.org rather than creating a new account.

CONTENT & RESOURCES
What content is available to members?

URNow Foundation content is organized across three main areas. The Article Library contains in-depth essays and research reports on economic freedom, individual rights, legal analysis, and voluntary cooperation, plus the complete archive of past Foundation News issues. Multimedia hosts expert video talks, interviews, and educational content. Both are available to Guardian and Patriot members. The Roundtable — including Direct Line to the foundation and the Member Directory — is exclusive to Patriot members. All members, including free Defender accounts, can access the public Need to Know resource hub, approved vendor directory, and foundation partner information.

Do I need a paid membership to access any content?

No — a free Defender account gives you access to the Need to Know resource hub (public articles, videos, and foundation news), the approved vendor directory, foundation partner information, and the FAQ. The full Article Library and Multimedia vault require Guardian or Patriot membership. The Roundtable (Direct Line + Member Directory) is Patriot only.

What is The Roundtable?

The Roundtable is the Patriot-exclusive channel — two complementary tools that come with Patriot membership. Direct Line is a private Q&A channel: submit a question to the foundation and receive a substantive answer from staff. Choose at submission whether your Q&A enters the Patriot-only browseable archive (so other Patriots learn from the answer) or stays private to you only. Member Directory is an opt-in directory letting Patriots find each other by expertise area and location for collaboration. Both tools are private to the foundation — no third-party platform owns the connection.

How is content organized on the site?

Content is grouped into category subfolders that carry across every section, so you can follow a topic from its public introduction to deeper research. The main categories are Education & Technology (foundational concepts, explainers, and emerging technology), Personal Freedom (individual liberty and self-determination), Voluntary Cooperation (collaborative structures and voluntary association), Foundation News (the published newsletter and its archive), Current Events (time-sensitive commentary), and Get Involved (calls to action). When you find a category card that interests you in Need to Know, the same category exists within the Article Library and Multimedia for members who want to go deeper.

What is Foundation News?

Foundation News is the official newsletter of URNow Foundation — a periodic publication covering foundation updates, research highlights, and member-relevant commentary on economic freedom and unalienable rights. The current issue is featured publicly in the Need to Know section so anyone can read it. When a new issue is published, the previous one is archived into the Article Library under the Foundation News category, where Guardian and Patriot members can access the complete back catalog.

What's in the free newsletter?

The newsletter — Foundation News — delivers research highlights, foundation updates, and member-relevant commentary directly to your inbox. It is free to anyone who subscribes, no account required. You can sign up via the Stay Informed on Freedom section at the bottom of any page. We respect your privacy, send no spam, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

DONATIONS & PAYMENTS
What payment methods are accepted?

Membership payments and donations are processed via NowPayments and accepted in cryptocurrency — including USDT (TRC20), Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Solana, and more. URNow Foundation does not store cryptocurrency wallet keys, card numbers, or financial credentials. All payment processing is handled entirely by NowPayments.

Do I need a membership to donate?

No — you can donate to URNow Foundation or any of our endorsed foundation partners without a membership. Visit the Donate section to contribute directly. Members who donate through the portal earn Promotional Points as a thank-you.

Which organizations can I donate to through URNow?

URNow Foundation endorses donations to three partner organizations: Free Cities Foundation (international voluntary governance), Surfrider Foundation (individual rights to clean oceans and coastlines), and Instituto de Libertad Económica (free market economics in Latin America). All three are aligned with the foundation's mission of economic freedom and individual liberty.

PARTNERS & VENDORS
How are foundation partners selected?

Foundation partners are organizations that URNow Foundation has independently reviewed and determined to be aligned with our core mission. Partners are selected based on their demonstrated track record, organizational integrity, and direct relevance to advancing unalienable rights. Partnership status is reviewed periodically and can be revoked if an organization's activities diverge from the foundation's values.

What is the Approved Vendor Directory?

The Approved Vendor Directory is a curated list of vetted businesses and service providers recommended by URNow Foundation. All listed vendors share our commitment to economic freedom and individual liberty. Categories include legal services, financial, technology, health and wellness, education, and business services. The directory is publicly accessible — no membership required.

How do I get listed as an approved vendor?

Vendor listings are managed by the URNow Foundation team. If you represent a business aligned with our mission and would like to be considered, please contact us with your business details, a description of your services, and how your business aligns with the principles of economic freedom and individual liberty. All submissions are reviewed by foundation staff.
